Alverno's Open House

Hello Parents,

Alverno's Open House is for prospective students and parents. Will need Parent assistance the day of the event from 9 am till 2 p.m. Donations will be needed. If you are donating gift cards, please drop off in the school office by Thursday afternoon, 12/8. Please provide a receipt for service hours and label, 'Open House'. For other items, please drop off on Thursday or Friday at the very latest in the school office before 3 pm. Items will be refrigerated. Again, please provide a receipt. For every $25 donated, one hour will apply towards service hours. Or email receipt to apaservicehours@alvernoheights.org.

If you are assisting with the event, please check in with Irma Martel-Campos (323) 496-1955 upon arrival. We need assistance in various areas: the Villa, field, and on the terrace greeting and directing prospective parents/students. Please dress warming. Attire is business casual (no torn jeans) and comfortable shoes.
