Musical - Mary Poppins - snacks for cast/crew

It's show time!

The students have been busy getting ready for the much anticipated Spring Musical, Mary Poppins!! They will be on at Sierra Madre Elementary (auditorium) rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through the musical, matinee and last show! We are asking 2 parents to coordinate a snacks/beverages for 50 crew/cast members. Please add your contact information (email and phone number).
Some suggestions are granola bars, cheese strings, fresh fruit, crackers, chips, cookies, yogurt, pasta salad, cupcakes, cooler and bag of ice. Please provide plates, napkins, forks and serving utensils. Please consider those students who are lactose intolerant, gluten, vegan, vegetarian or those that have nut allergies.
Snacks and beverages must be delivered to Sierra Madre Elementary School - auditorium no later than 12 pm. I'll re-confirm the time beforehand. If one parent can stay to help set up and serve and clean up, additional time will be given.

Thank you for taking care of our actors/crew members! Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event.
