Spring Musical -- Dinner for cast/crew

The students have been busy getting ready for the much anticipated Spring Musical, Mary Poppins!! They will be on at Sierra Madre Elementary (auditorium) rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through these rigorous days. We are asking 3 or 4 parents to coordinate a dinner (including beverages) for 45 crew/cast members. Please add your contact information (email and phone number).
Some suggestions are Pasta, Salad/Pizza, Tacos/Burritos, Pollo Loco, Stonefire Grill, Subway sandwiches, and/or Middle Eastern dinner. Please provide plates, napkins, forks, knives and serving utensils. Please consider those students who are lactose intolerant, gluten, vegan, vegetarian or those that have nut allergies.
Meals must be delivered to Sierra Madre Elementary School - auditorium no later than 4 pm. If one parent can stay to help set up and serve and clean up, additional time will be given.

Thank you for taking care of our actors/crew members! Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event.
