Spring Musical - Mary Poppins - lunch for band/cast members

The students have been busy getting ready for the much anticipated Spring Musical, Mary Poppins!! They will be on campus rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through these rigorous days. We are asking 3-4 parents to coordinate a lunch (including beverages) for 6 band, and snacks and water for 45 cast/cast members. Please add your contact information (email and phone number).
Some suggestions are Pasta, Salad/Pizza, Tacos/Burritos, Pollo Loco, Stonefire Grill and/or Subway sandwiches for meal. Snacks such as cheese strings, crackers, fresh fruit, granola bars, and water/beverages. Please provide plates, napkins, forks, knives and serving utensils. Please consider those students who are lactose intolerant, gluten, vegan, vegetarian or those that have nut allergies.

Meal for 6 and snacks/water for 45 must be delivered to Alverno -- school cafeteria no later than 11:30 am. If one parent can stay to help set up and serve and clean up, additional time will be given.

Thank you for taking care of our actors/crew members! Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event.
