Winter Formal 2022!

Hello Alverno Parents!

The Winter Formal is a formal event for the 9-12th graders and is held in the Villa. The event is planned by ASU with faculty/staff support.
Volunteers: About 4 parents are needed to be in the parking lot and perimeter duty. Another parent is needed to assist with drinks in the kitchen. Some parent help may be needed for decorations. Please note that if you sign up for security you should dress in warm and comfortable clothing. Please also bring a flashlight. We appreciate all your support!

Donations: All donations, with the exception of the large bags of ice, should be dropped off at the school office by Friday, January 28th. Please label items with "Winter Formal". Ice should be delivered by 6 pm on the day of the event.

Parent service hours will be earned for every $25 in donations. Please email your receipts to Yvette Serrano (Service Hour Coordinator) at apaservicehours@alvernoheights.org for service hour credit. Thanks as always for your support!
