GRADUATION FESTIVITIES

Graduation is approaching and Alverno needs assistance with making this day a glorious one for our Graduates. We are in need of several parents to help set-up chairs on the athletic field; help supervise the parking lot area/direct traffic and after the ceremony help break down the chairs.
On Saturday, report to the school and seek out Ms. Bertollini or Ms. Nysha Arden for your assignment. Please remember to wear a mask!
As a reminder, these hours will count towards next year's parent service hour commitment.

at the direction of Ms. B, help set-up chairs for graduation
4:00pm - 8:00pm
parking lot security/break down of chairs
volunteers to act as parking lot security and after the graduation ceremony help with the break down of the chairs
