Spring Musical Meal donations and Parent assistance

Ms. Cales and the students have been busy getting ready for their much anticipated Spring Musical--Shakespeare in Love! They will be on campus rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through these rigorous days. We are asking 4 parents to coordinate dinner for them--please add your contact information when you sign up. Due to Covid we ask that the meals be individually wrapped/packaged and properly labeled. Some suggestions are Subway, Togos, Jersey Mikes, or Panera--we will need 35 total individually wrapped meals. Please consider those students who are lactose intolerant, vegan, vegetarian or those that have nut allergies. Dinner will take place outside between the cafeteria and the Villa at 4:00pm so please have the meals there by 3:45pm. We are asking 2 of you parents to stay to help with set up, serving and clean-up.

Thank you for taking care of our actors/crew members! Each parent will receive 2 hours for this event.
