We need a few GO GETTERS to take donor request letters, drive around and drop them off at businesses you think could be a potential auction donor. Do you have a favorite natural dry cleaner? pop in and drop off a letter! We would love to auction off a natural dry cleaning package. Going to the green house to buy plants? bring a letter!! We would love to auction off a gift card to a greenhouse. Stopping for gas? you guessed it, drop off a letter!! Who doesn't need gas? And yes, we can put a gas gift card up at auction. ANY business that offer services or retail is a potential auction donor. Don't be shy, go for it and drop off a letter.

The Auction Committee has letters available. Julia Warner will distribute to each volunteer who signs up. We would like letters delivered ASAP in order to solicit auction donations in a timely fashion. Please pick up letters on 02/07 and deliver by 02/14.
