By signing up for a barbershop session, I understand that I am making a professional commitment to this student organization. Every volunteer position at the session is vital to its overall success and we appreciate you taking the time to volunteer and provide our patients with the best care experience possible. This sign up is for Kreations Barber Lounge - 1020 West Loop N, #220 (2nd floor), Houston TX 77055 from 8:00am to 2:00 pm.
What to wear: Carolina Blue volunteer shirts with the Shop Docs logo will be provided at the event. Jeans, khakis or Scrub pants are fine.
Sweaters with your program or alma mater are also ok, but we will be doing everything INDOORS. Short white coat is optional but makes for a great presence!
