Fall Festival is a day of in-school fun for all students in grades PRE-K to 8th!
There will be games and a hayride.
Donate one $25 gift card for raffle prize

Donate 2 cases of 8 oz bottles of water. Deliver prior to event.
Coordinate and plan event prior and day of event
Work with Fall Festival Coordinator to be able to take over as Coordinator in 2024.
*This task can be completed at home or school
Fill goodie bags
*if home, pick up candy/treats, return them to school
Day of - Move tables from MHC, move games outside, set up tables and games outside, put candy bags out, set up raffles
Day of - Help in kitchen, deliver food to classrooms
Day of - Make sure games are going ok, kids are playing together/fairly/etc, help littles with games. make sure middle school volunteers are working
Day of - Make sure painters are doing their job, help with painting if needed
Day of - Hand out goodie bags to kids
Day of - sell raffle tickets, help write names on tickets/put in bins, keep watch over prizes, help with end of day raffle
Day of - Manage paint, brushes. Help with painting. Write names on pumpkins.
Day of - Maintain control of how many on ride, help on/off
After event - Pick up trash, put tables back in MHC, put games away, etc
