Christmas Festival

We are trying new things with the Christmas Festival this year, I broke out the listings by specific task in case anyone is passionate, if not please just let me know and we can flex the positions the morning of.
Side note: We may have a late addition the the week of 12/9 for cookie making support(either morning of or night before) based upon how we get the cookies made. Given shortages last year we are making or buying from a local bake shop in bulk.
8:00am - 10:30am
Setup Team
Assist in setting up MHC for the festival

Cookie Decorating supplies
$20/1 hr, icing, sprinkles, holiday candy for decorating

Festival Lead Support Gopher
Person who can assist with anything that pops up last minute, whether we run out of supplies, a volunteer doesn't show, etc

Setup and manage the gift shop with the students

Adult supervision for cookie decorating and hot chocolate

Plan for lunch is to order >50 pizzas and help deliver to the classrooms

Story Time
Need 1x Mrs Claus or similar theme to read christmas stories to the kids, and a second adult helper

Games Team
Work to manage and monitor the game area. Students will run the games, parents are there to support

Someone with a decent digital camera(SLR?) and stand to take pictures of the kids with santa. We will have a hard drive(and backup) to transfer files to.
