Fall Festival

Fall Festival is a day of in-school fun for all students in grades PRE-K to 8th!
There will be games and a hayride.
Coordinate and plan event prior and day of event
Work with Fall Festival Coordinator to be able to take over as Coordinator in 2024.
Move tables from MHC, move games outside, set up tables and games outside
Make sure games are going ok, kids are playing together/fairly/etc, help littles with games. make sure middle school volunteers are working
Make sure painters are doing their job, help with painting if needed
Hand out goodie bags to kids
sell raffle tickets, help write names on tickets/put in bins, keep watch over prizes, help with end of day raffle
Manage paint, brushes. Help with painting. Write names on pumpkins.
Maintain control of how many on ride, help on/off
Pick up trash, put tables back in MHC, put games away, etc
