Spring 2026 Used Uniform Sale & Exchange

The uniform sale/exchange is a venue for SJS families to exchange outgrown uniforms for new ones, buy used uniforms, and/or donate used uniforms. This event helps SJS families save money on uniforms!
Reserve date, create flyer, organize volunteers, evaluate uniforms for rips/tears/stains, etc., move uniforms from uniform cabinets to MHC, fold/sort uniforms, assist customers during the sale, conduct exchanges, and put uniforms back in uniform cabinets after sale. Responsible for funds before, after, and during sale.
Responsible for money before, during, and after sale. Manage credit card machine to process payments. Produce and keep track of credit/debit card receipts. Print out credit card machine report at end of sale. Count all money at end of sale. Verify all final amounts on SJS Cash Box Request Form.
