City of Redmond - Parks & Recreation Volunteering

This is a teen led open dialogue about current events. This is a space is for youth to express themselves, ask questions and think about how they may use this moment going forward. One option is to come up with questions teens have for Redmond City Officials, and inviting them to speak in the future. Old Fire House Teen Center Staff will be there as moderators to support youth discussion.

The Old Fire House Teen Center is a place that celebrates youth diversity and self-expression. As a committed Safe Space, we commit to solidarity with those in Redmond and around the country who are speaking out against violence perpetrated against Black and Brown people. As a nation, we have not done enough to address systemic racism and inequality.

The Old Fire House Teen Center is devoted to providing an anti-racist space for teens to find support, learn and express themselves.
