Mrs. Schmiett needs help with her exploration

Wednesday, February 14 2024

In a 1st/2nd grade mixed exploration this quarter, we have been learning about health and hygiene. One of the themes we have been exploring is nutrition and healthy eating. During our collaborative discussions, I have found out there are several students who have never tried some of these items that provide essential vitamins and minerals for a healthy mind and body. To conclude this theme, I have planned a food lab where the students can try out various foods they have never tried before as we discuss many of their benefits. Don't feel obligated to donate, but activities like this would not be possible without the generous donations from kind-hearted people like you all.
Please bring all items to the front office on Wednesday, February 14th. For more information or questions please email Mrs. Schmiett at taylor.schmiett@k12northstar.org
