APC Holiday Bazaar

We need volunteers to help during the APC Holiday Bazaar.
8:00am - 10:00am
Set-Up
o Help vendors bring in their tables and chairs and help set up where needed.
o Move gym tables where they need to go.
o Someone with good handwriting- write on cards for silent auction.
9:00am - 11:00am
Gift Wrapping/Set-Up
o All items are provided at the table. Volunteers are needed to wrap presents for bazaar shoppers.
11:00am - 1:00pm
Gift Wrapping
o All items are provided at the table. Volunteers are needed to wrap presents for bazaar shoppers.
1:00pm - 3:00pm
Gift Wrapping
o All items are provided at the table. Volunteers are needed to wrap presents for bazaar shoppers.
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Gift Wrapping/Clean up
o Help vendors break down their tables, carry items out, clean the commons, put back gym tables, etc.
