Girl Scouts Cookie Distribution Event @ Saxe Lower Parking Lot

We need 20 boys and 5 adults for two separate shifts to assist during the cookie distribution 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You will take the boxes of Girl Scouts cookies from the large delivery truck, organize them in a staging area, and then load them into the cars (and some UHaul trucks!) of those coming to pick up their Troop's cookie orders. Depending on the weather, we'd love a couple of pop-up shelters so we can stage the boxes (and the boys) out of any rain.
The location is Saxe Middle School, in the lower parking area. Trucks will park on one side and we will unload and stage the boxes of cookies. Cars will drive around the circle to collect their cookies. GS Leaders will check-in the cars and run the check-out process as they leave.
