Food Rescue volunteers needed to transfer excess food from local businesses and deliver it to local social service agencies serving the food insecure. It must be a PARENT/SON team. The food rescue can be in January or February. To volunteer:
- Sign up on Track It Forward
- Create a login for Food Rescue US's website at https://foodrescue.us/
- Claim/sign up for any food rescue opportunity in January or February
- Track your time from when you arrive at the food donor to when you complete the food drop off at the social service agency
- Submit a photo from the food drop off, with your name and volunteer time to 203-822-3454 or cpesaturo@gmail.com
