Planet New Canaan Mulch Spreading

SLOBs will be spreading mulch at the New Canaan Nature Center from 10:00AM-1:00PM on Saturday, January 16. The mulch is from the Christmas Tree Recycling program that Planet New Canaan organized the first two weekends in January. The event will be two shifts of up to 10 volunteers. Each volunteer will be required to wear a mask and sign the COVID-19 waiver provided by the Nature Center (see attached). Please bring this form to the event. Volunteers should dress warmly, bring work gloves, and be prepared for rain. Please note that this event is different from the brush clearing Nature Center event taking place at the same time. This event is rain or shine.
