Volunteer Opportunity: New Canaan Land Trust

The New Canaan Land Trust is looking for 4 SLOBs volunteers to help prepare for a large gathering at their headquarters on Tuesday, August 25 at 10:00 AM.
Volunteers will meet at First Presbyterian Church (178 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan) at 10:00 AM to help pick up 50 folding chairs and transport them to the New Canaan Land Trust Headquarters (1124 Valley Road, New Canaan).
At least 2–3 large vehicles with sufficient cargo space will be needed to transport the chairs, so volunteers with SUVs, minivans, trucks, or similarly sized vehicles are especially helpful.
Once the chairs arrive, volunteers will help unload and set them up on the front lawn in preparation for the event.
