NCHS Service League of Boys

Lobsterfest is the Rotary Club of New Canaan's Annual Fundraiser. This is its 41st year. It's a fun event and great way to get your hours in early in the school year!  All volunteers will receive two hours of credit.

Location: Waveny Mansion 

Job shift descriptions:

Set up: Help set out sponsor signs, fill water pitchers and place on tables, fill take out bags with napkins, cutlery, and condiments.

Traffic: Help with traffic flow

Take-out: move take-out bags filled with food and condiments to the loading area outside the kitchen and hand to others who will deliver bags to cars.

Busboys:  clear tables after diners finish and set up table for next batch of diners. 

Trash: move full trash bags to dumpsters.

Check-In: general assistance, help seat people, runner as needed.

Clean up: Deal with trash, wipe down tables, mop floor, move tables and chairs in or out depending on weather
