"Cookies in a Baggie” Baking and Donation for Filling in the Blanks' Fresh Food on the Move Mobile Pantry.

Need: Bake NUT-FREE, homemade cookies - 10 ziplock baggies per participant, with 3 cookies to a bag, tied with a colorful ribbon.

Cookies should be prepared and delivered on May 13th (Wednesday) by 9 pm to 111 Nursery Road. 1 hour credit for each participant contributing 10 baggies (30 cookies total).

Each participant must sign up on TrackitForward and include name with delivery for credit.

About Filling in the Blanks: Filling in the Blanks fights childhood hunger by providing 10,000 children in need with meals on the weekends. In October 2023, they launched the mobile food pantry, which now serves more than 600 families each month in the Norwalk, Stamford and Bridgeport communities with fresh food from their refrigerated truck. In May, Filling in the Blanks would like to add these homemade cookies as a special touch to celebrate Mother's Day and the spring season.
