Come assist at the New Canaan Nature Center's Syrup Saturday. The NCNC will be serving flapjacks and need SLOBS to help with tree tapping demonstrations, a real maple sap “boil down,” sweet maple-inspired crafts, campfire with marshmallows, and a real v. fake syrup taste test.
