Lobster Fest's 40th Year Anniversary Dinner

Lobsterfest is the Rotary Club of New Canaan's Annual Fundraiser. This is the 40th year anniversary.
It's a fun event and great way to get your hours in early in the school year!
Location: Waveny Mansion
Job shift descriptions:
Set up—Help set out sponsor signs; fill water pitchers and place on tables; fill take out bags with napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
"Runners"—in the Kitchen - move take-out bags filled with food and condiments to the loading area outside the kitchen and hand to others who will deliver bags to cars.
Busboys— to clear tables after diners finish and set up table for next batch of diners.
Trash—move full trash bags to dumpsters.
