FACULTY LUNCH - NOVEMBER 2024

It's hard to believe we’re already gearing up for our first holiday luncheon for our wonderful faculty! I truly cherish this time of year and can’t wait for the cooler weather and a break from our busy school schedule to enjoy some relaxing days with family and friends. But first, we have a special celebration planned for our amazing teachers and staff, the Thanksgiving-themed Faculty Lunch! Expect all the favorites—ham, turkey, stuffing, and of course, mashed potatoes, gravy, and delicious desserts! You can also earn multiple service hours by signing up to bring an item or two! Please drop off your food donation or supplies to the front office or kitchen by 10:00 AM the morning of the luncheon and include any instructions. Be sure to print and include the donation form (attached below as a linked PDF) and include your son's name, grade, and item you donated. Please also include your receipt(s) to earn additional hours. 1 hour for each $20 up to $60.00.

• Store bought/Restaurant/Bakery items are welcome in addition to homemade dishes
• You can receive up to 3 additional hours for grocery receipts submitted per homemade dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• You can sign up for more than 1 dish and/or item
• DRIVE THROUGH DROP OFF – Your son can drop off the dish to the front office when you drop him off, or if you want to come later in the morning after 9 AM, please CALL (I sometimes don't see the texts) Kim Suarez at 626-790-1000 and we will send someone out to the drive through area to grab your dish so you don’t have to park and come in.

**PLEASE NOTE we have all the serving bowls and utensils necessary to serve your items. Please provide items in disposable containers that do not need to be returned.

Drinks = 1 service hour per sign up. Bring chilled.

When referring to an aluminum tray, we would appreciate this size when asking for a full tray and 1/2 tray as these sizes fit in our chaffing trays. The below trays can usually be purchased at Smart and Final.

Stay for Clean up required Parents can sign up for 2 lunches per year (1 shift = 5 hours for a max of 2 lunches and 10 hours total). Parents should not select "back to back" months but space their signups at least every other month. Please bring tie back for your hair.
