Franciscan Mission & Ministry Office -Kairos Snacks/Lunch

The Franciscan Mission and Ministry Office is in need of gift cards for Trader Joe's and Chipotle. These will be used to provide lunch, snacks and beverages for the students leading the upcoming Kairos retreat.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY!
*DO NOT log your own hours for this event. SFHS will log/approve hours based on the receipt turned in.
*Please drop off the gift cards in the Franciscan Mission and Ministry Office NO LATER THAN 2:00pm on Friday, September 13th. Gift cards after this time/date WILL NOT be accepted. Please make sure to actually hand them to a staff member - do not leave on the counter.
*You may sign up for a maximum of 2 cards PER FAMILY.
*Each card MUST be accompanied by a receipt and a completed Family Service Coupon (see attachment to this sign up) - no coupon AND no receipt, NO HOURS.
*Hours will be credited based on the receipt provided at the rate of $20 = ONE service hour.
*Cards must be for the amount requested. Service hours will not be given for amounts beyond what is requested (for example, if a $25 card is turned in, it will only receive $20).
