Hello St. Francis Families!
It's our last Faculty Lunch of the Year!! Thank you to everyone for all your support this year. So many of you have helped with each and every one of our luncheons and we cannot thank you enough! May's menu includes tamales, enchiladas and many more Mexican food favorites to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. The faculty and staff are so appreciative of your efforts, and they love the different offerings each month.
**PLEASE NOTE all service hours earned for this Faculty Lunch will be applied toward next years hours!!!
• Store bought/Restaurant/Bakery items are welcome in addition to homemade dishes
• You can sign up for more than 1 dish
• You can receive up to 3 additional hours for grocery receipts submitted per homemade dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• DRIVE THROUGH DROP OFF – your son can drop off the dish to the front office when you drop him off, or if you want to come later in the morning after 9 AM, please text the committee and someone will come out to the drive through to grab your dish so you don’t have to park
**PLEASE NOTE we have all the serving bowls and utensils necessary to serve your items. Please provide items in disposable containers that do not need to be returned.
When referring to an aluminum tray, we would appreciate this size when asking for a full tray and 1/2 tray as these sizes fit in our chaffing trays.
Full Tray for Chafing Dish (usually can find them listed as 21" x 13")
• Length: 20 3/4 Inches
• Width: 12 3/4 Inches
• Depth: 3 3/8 Inches
Half Tray for Chafing Dish (these are harder to find with the dimensions below but most sell 13" x 9")
• Length: 12 3/4 Inches
• Width: 10 3/8 Inches
• Depth: 2 9/16 Inches
