April Kairos Parent Mass Reception

WELCOME TO THE 2023-2024 KAIROS PARENT MASS RECEPTION SIGNUP (APRIL 2024)

Thank you for volunteering!

Guidelines:

1. Baked goods must be HOMEMADE to receive service hours! They also must be individually wrapped. TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Maximum baking contribution per reception is 2 dozen baked goods, which equals one family service hour. Please do not submit more than 2 dozen treats (one service hour) per month, so that every baker has an opportunity to earn service hours. If a baker signs up for more than one baking slot in a given month, one of those slots may be deleted. Extra baked goods will not receive credit.

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

4. Please attach a "bake sale coupon" to receive your credit. Coupons are attached to this signup and are also available in the front office. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. (i.e. 2 cookies). TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (No coupon attached = 0 service hours)

5. Homemade baked goods need to be delivered to the main office between 8:00am-12:00pm on the DAY OF the reception. (Yes, you can send them in with your son at drop off at 8:00am!)

6. Mindy Dwyer, mindymo25@gmail.com and Sarah Rogers, sarah@sarahrogersestates.com are the committee Co-Chairs of the Kairos Parent Mass Receptions. Many talented bakers are eager to support the receptions, so please be aware that we will be managing the sign ups to maintain the guidelines and to involve as many volunteers as possible.

7. Committee Chairs will log and approve hours for this event.
