FACULTY LUNCH - APRIL 2024

Thursday, April 11 2024

This month we are throwing a "Golden Night" Baby Shower themed Faculty Lunch on Thursday, April 11th for Coach Wolfson and his wife, Tayler in celebration of their baby boy, Warren Jace born in March. Our committee, along with your help, will be serving a delicious Spring Brunch.

Help us make this a huge success by signing up to bring an item or two! The faculty are so happy each month when they enter the decorated and completely transformed faculty lounge. We wish you all could be there to see their happy faces and hear all of their gracious and heartwarming thank you’s!! They love the creativity you put into your dishes. The faculty love the different offerings and themes each month. It is what makes the faculty lunches so special and fun.

Please drop off your food donation or supplies to the front office or kitchen by 10:00 am the morning of the luncheon and include any instructions. Please be sure to print and include the donation form (attached below) with both you and your son's name, grade, and the item you donated. If you donate supplies, please also include your receipt(s).

• NO COOKING IS NECESSARY - Store bought/Restaurant/Bakery items are welcome in addition to homemade dishes.

• You can receive up to 3 additional service hours for grocery receipts submitted per homemade dish (1 hour per $20.00 capped at $60.00)
• Service Hours are given as follows: Main Dish = 2 Service Hours, Each Side Dish = 1 Service Hour, Each Salad = 1 Service Hour, Each Bread = 1 Service Hour, Desserts = 1 Service Hour
• You can sign up for more than 1 dish and/or item. You will need to use a different email to do this. Submit all hours together if preferred. Use comments to explain.
• DRIVE THROUGH DROP OFF – Your son can drop off the dish to the front office when you drop him off, or if you want to come later in the morning after 9 AM, please call Kim Suarez on the the committee and we will send someone out to the drive through area to grab your dish so you don’t have to park and come in.
**PLEASE NOTE we have all the serving bowls and utensils necessary to serve your items. Please provide items in disposable containers that do not need to be returned.

When referring to an aluminum tray, we would appreciate this size when asking for a full tray and 1/2 tray as these sizes fit in our chaffing trays.
