BAKERS NEEDED FOR THE SPRING MUSICAL PRODUCTION OF "NEWSIES." A Sunday PM replacement show has been added for the Thursday night audience due to the power outage.

Please drop off your items at the portico between 11:30-3:00pm, 5:30-7pm Saturday, Sunday 12:30-4pm

Guidelines:
CASES OF 17OZ WATER BOTTLES MUST INCLUDE A RECEIPT. $20 =1 service hour. Please do not expect 1 service hour for 1 case of water.

ALL BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE WRAP NEATLY IN CLEAR CELLOPHANE OR IN A SELF SEALING CLEAR CELLOPHANE BAG (NO COLORS) AND NO ZIPLOC BAGS.

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE to receive service hours! TWO dozen baked goods = 2 family service hour.

2. NO NUTS or NUT BUTTERS. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

3. Attached, please find the "Theater Concessions Baked Goods Coupon." THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED TO YOUR BAKED GOODS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOUR CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. Don’t forget to submit your hours on Track It Forward under the organization: "Theater" after you have dropped off your baked goods or you will not receive credit.

4. Water and Baked goods should be delivered to the portico/concessions table between 11:30am -3PM or 5:30-7pm Saturday 3/23/24.
