FACULTY LUNCH - FEBRUARY 2024

Thursday, February 08 2024

Bonjour St. Francis Families!

Please consider volunteering to provide our wonderful faculty and staff a fabulous lunch on Thursday, February 8th in thanks for all that they do for our sons. February’s theme is French Valentine. The faculty and staff are so appreciative of your efforts, and they are thrilled with the different offerings each month.

**We know how busy you all are, please remember the items can be store bought or ordered from a restaurant, they do not need to be homemade.

Help us make this a huge success by signing up to bring an item or two! Please drop off your food donation or supplies to the front office or in the faculty kitchen by 10:00 AM the morning of the luncheon and include any instructions. Please be sure to print and include the donation form (attached below) with both your and son's name, grade, and item you donated. If you donate supplies, please also include your receipt(s). The love and time you put into your dishes is what makes the faculty lunches so special.

• NO COOKING IS NECESSARY - Store bought/Restaurant/Bakery items are welcome in addition to homemade dishes
• You can receive up to 3 additional hours for grocery receipts submitted per homemade dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• You can receive up to 3 hours total for each store/bakery/restaurant dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• You can sign up for more than 1 dish and/or item. This is a great way to EARN 5 or more SERVICE HOURS in 1 day!
• DRIVE THROUGH DROP OFF – Your son can drop off the dish to the front office when you drop him off, or if you want to come later in the morning after 9 AM, please call Kim Suarez on the the committee and we will send someone out to the drive through area to grab your dish so you don’t have to park and come in

**PLEASE NOTE we have all the serving bowls and utensils necessary to serve your items. Please provide items in disposable containers that do not need to be returned.

If you have any questions please contact us! We welcome any ideas for changes and additions. Just let us know!

PS-Baby shower for Coach Wolfson has been moved to April 2024 so his wife can attend.
