FACULTY LUNCH - JANUARY 11th 2024

We are on the count down to our First Faculty Lunch of the New Year 2024! We will be hosting the next faculty lunch on Thursday, January 11th. Our faculty lunch committee along with the generous donations from our awesome St. Francis families are excited to host and provide a delicious and amazing lunch to our St. Francis faculty and staff this month in appreciation for all the hard work and dedication they provide to our sons. Please read the below guidelines carefully. You can sign up for more than ONE item.
It is a great way to earn multiple hours!!

• NO COOKING IS NECESSARY - Store bought/Restaurant/Bakery items are welcome in addition to homemade dishes
• You can receive up to 3 additional hours for grocery receipts submitted per homemade dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• You can receive up to 3 hours total for each store/bakery/restaurant dish ($20 per hour up to $60 in receipts)
• You can sign up for more than 1 dish and/or item
• DRIVE THROUGH DROP OFF – Your son can drop off the dish to the front office when you drop him off, or if you want to come later in the morning after 9 AM, please call Kim Suarez at 626-790-1000 and we will send someone out to the drive through area to grab your dish so you don’t have to park and come in

**PLEASE NOTE we have all the serving bowls and utensils necessary to serve your items. Please provide items in disposable containers that do not need to be returned.

Receipts Can be Submitted to Earn up to 3 Extra Hours instead of just receiving the set “cooking/baking” hours above.

For example:

For a homemade main dish – you would receive the set 2 “cooking/baking” hours AND you can choose to provide up to $60 in receipts to receive an additional 3 hours for a total of 5 hours.

For a “restaurant/bakery/store” dish … you will not receive the “cooking/baking” hours, but you can provide up to $60 in receipts to receive up to 3 hours for the dish.

**Receipts are capped at $60.

When referring to an aluminum tray, we would appreciate this size when asking for a full tray and 1/2 tray as these sizes fit in our chaffing trays. The below trays can usually be purchased at Smart and Final.
