Our Grandparents Communion Brunch is on Sunday, November 5th and we need volunteers to help make this a wonderful event. We are looking for volunteers to help us set-up, check-in, serve and clean-up on the day of the event. We are also hoping for item donations for service hours.

Please drop off your NON-PERISHABLE donations on the morning of Friday, November 3rd to the front office. Be sure to include the donation form (see attached). Thank you! For PERISHABLE items, please drop off on the morning of Sunday, November 5th between 7:30-8am. DO NOT SEND WITH YOUR SON AT 9am. You will receive 1 service hour for every $20 spent, 2 service hours per 2 dozen baked goods, and 1 service hour for every hour volunteering at the event.

If you volunteer to work the event, please meet in the courtyard at your start time. Thank you!

EVENT DETAILS
9:30am- Welcome
10:00am- Mass in the gym
10:45am- Lunch in the gym
11:30am- Conclude

Please note:
*Set-up and clean-up includes moving and cleaning tables, please wear comfortable clothing.
*If you sign up to bring ice, we need it by 7:30am so we have time to get our beverages cold-please DO NOT send with your son to the event
*Please only sign up for 1 shift or donation slot
