THIS FRIDAY 10/13 HOME FOOTBALL GAME: ST FRANCIS GOLDEN KNIGHTS
(6-1; 2-0) VS. CATHEDRAL HIGH SCHOOL PHANTOMS (3-4; 1-1)

This Friday 10/13, our St. Francis Golden Knights (6-1; 2-0) take on the Cathedral
High School Phantoms (3-4; 1-1) at our Homecoming Game.

WE WANT YOU! This is the FINAL game on the regular schedule (barring playoffs),
so one of the last few opportunities to bank a sizeable chunk of service
hours.

Take your pick of 200+ volunteer opportunities (see below). No experience
required; you will receive on-the-job training! Just bring a healthy dose of “cando”
spirit and enthusiasm, then get ready to meet or catch up with your Golden
Knight family while helping the school!

IMPORTANT. PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING:
1. Please read Volunteer Instructions at this

confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these instructions.

2. Double shifts are welcome, but please do not sign up for overlapping
shifts at Concessions without approval of your Lead, otherwise please
understand that we may have to delete one shift so that others can take that
spot.

3. Each parent should have their OWN account. This information will help us help you verify your hours.

4. If life happens and you cannot make your slot, please cancel your shift to
release this to others.

5. All late shift times are approximate and depend on when the game ends.

6. Please check-in and check-out of your assignment at your designated
location so that we have a record of your hours.

7. After your shift, you MUST INPUT your hours on Track it Forward for approval. Under the Event Tab, Please select "Football Game (BC)" OR "Football Reserve Tables" for those volunteering in VIP Tables. In the comments section, please indicate the area in which you volunteered (i.e. Security, VIP, Concessions, Ticket Booth, 50/50 Raffle).

MORNING SET-UP CONCESSIONS ONLY - please check in at the Front Office and
sign-in/out on paper sheet in upper concessions.

Concessions - go to the upper concessions and meet RON SMITH or one of his
coordinators for your assignments. Bring only minimal personal belongings as
there is very limited storage room. Setup and cleanup require moderate/heavy
physical work (e.g., bending, lifting) and volunteers may/will get dirty.

Security - meet THERESE KHOH in Room 404. You will given a security vest and
equipment as needed, and briefed on your assignment.

HOME Ticket Sales- report to AMY MKRTCHIAN at the UPPER TICKET SALES tables
(by the Front Office).

VISITOR Ticket Sales- report to DENISE PERAZA in the LOWER TICKET SALES
booth on the field.

BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIPS – report to SUZANNE NIGHTINGALE by the upper
ticket sales tables by the front office.

50/50 Raffle – meet LARA SERVENTI at the top of the home bleachers on the 50-
yard line.

VIP Tables – meet KRISTEN SULLIVAN at the top of the home bleachers on the
50-yard line.
