CALLING ALL BAKERS!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 Lunchtime Bake Sale Signup (November 2023). PLEASE read guidelines below. Thank you for volunteering!

Guidelines:

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours. Please avoid baking treats that are thin/overly crumbly. Two dozen homemade baked goods = 2 family service hours. Store-bought baked goods = 0 hours.

2. ALL 3 INCH BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN.

3. Please DO NOT bake anything with nuts, including peanut butter. No peanut butter cookies or items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

4. Contribution for the Bake Sale is 2 dozen treats, which equals two family service hours. If you would like to submit more than 2 dozen baked goods, please make sure to attach a separate coupon for each additional 2 dozen treats.

5. Attach a bake sale coupon (see attached coupon below) to your baked goods to service hours. Coupons are also available in the front office. Include your name, your son's name, the item, and quantity. Two dozen homemade baked goods equal 2 family service hours. No coupon attached equals 0 service hours.

6. Deliver homemade baked goods to the main office no later than 10:30 AM on the day of the Bake Sale. You can send them in with your son at drop-off at 8 AM.

7. Committee chairs manage sign-ups to maintain guidelines, involve as many volunteers as possible and approve hours for this event. Log all hours by Friday 5 PM after the event.
