Hello SFHS Parents!

St. Francis will celebrate the Homecoming football game and present the Royal Court on Friday, October 13, 2023. The Homecoming Queen and King will be named during half-time. We are seeking volunteers to help decorate the quad area and provide a special reception for the Homecoming Court and their families before the game.

This event is a great way to earn your service hours by helping set up, work the event, clean up, or donate appetizers, small bites, desserts, and drinks.

To receive service hour credit:
Complete one shift.
Bring a dish to feed 15 people. All dishes must be pre-plated and ready to serve.
Desserts (baked goods) must be homemade and individually wrapped.

Service hours food/beverage guidelines for this event:
For every $20 spent, you will earn 1 hour. Provide up to $60 in receipts.

1 sign-up per family ONLY
Please do NOT bring anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter.
Submit (attached) coupon to all your food/drink donation items.

We ask that you drop off your food items plated on disposable white or clear trays and drinks on Friday, October 13, to the Front Office no later than 2:30 pm with the attached completed coupon.

Set Up Crew
Assist with outside decorations and balloons and support the reception set up in the Learning Center, as needed. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to walk the famous SF stairs a few times from the kitchen to the Learning Center! Meet on the quad.

Event Crew
Assist with reception food and drinks in the Learning Center, greet guests, and support organizers, as needed. Please dress comfortably (preferably in SF gear or Pink Out gear) and be prepared to walk the famous SF stairs a few times from the kitchen to the Learning Center! Meet in the Learning Center.

Pre-Event Prep (Thursday, 10/12)
Balloon Columns preparation the day before the event. Volunteers will assist our balloon decorator. No experience is needed. Meet at the front office.

Clean Up Crew
