This Friday 8/25, the Golden Knights face off with Mira Costa.
It takes a village to run a Golden Knights’ football game at home, and we NEED YOUR HELP to continue ensuring a successful run this season.
There are tons of volunteer opportunities at every game (see below). No experience required; you will receive on-the-job training! Just bring a healthy dose of “can-do” spirit and enthusiasm and get ready to meet / catch up with your Golden Knights’ family while helping the school!

1. Please read Volunteer Instructions at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nA5OsZyNLxNO8i1Wt--8WarQyqbkLx28KoKl..., or in the attached document.

2. If one parent does the sign-in on Track It Forward but other parent will be performing the service hours, please put latter’s name in the comments bar.

3. If life happens and you cannot make your slot, please cancel your shift to release this to other parents.

4. All late shift times are approximate and depend on when the varsity game ends.

5. Please check-in and check-out of your assignment on the paper sheets at your designated location so that we have a record of your hours.

6. After your shift, you will still need to input your hours on Track it Forward for approval - this is the ONLY way the school will recognize your hours. Please write in the comments bar what time slot you volunteered for and where you volunteered. This information will help us help you verify your hours. Hours must be logged in the account of the parent/guardian who performed the service.

7. Please come well-fed, hydrated and rested.

MORNING SET-UP CONCESSIONS ONLY - please check in at the Front Office and sign-in/out on paper sheet in upper concessions.

Concessions - go to the upper concessions and meet RON SMITH or one of his coordinators for your assignments. Bring only minimal personal belongings as there is very limited storage room. Setup and cleanup require moderate/heavy physical work (e.g., bending, lifting) and volunteers may/will get dirty.

Security - meet THERESE KHOH in Room 404. You will given a security vest and equipment as needed, and briefed on your assignment.

HOME Ticket Sales- report to AMY MKRTCHIAN at the UPPER TICKET SALES tables (by the Front Office).
VISITOR Ticket Sales- report to DENISE PERAZA in the LOWER TICKET SALES booth on the field.

Booster Memberships- report to SUZANNE NIGHTINGALE near upper ticket sales tables by the front office.

50/50 Raffle – meet DENNISE PRUITT at the top of the home bleachers on the 50-yard line.

VIP Tables – meet KRISTEN SULLIVAN at the top of the home bleachers on the 50-yard line.
