BAKERS for May 3 2023 Bake Sale
CALLING ALL BAKERS!*

WELCOME TO THE 2022-2023 LUNCHTIME BAKE SALE SIGNUP (May 2023)

Guidelines: DUE TO COVID, ALL 3 INCH BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL
BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN.

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen
homemade baked goods = 2 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Maximum baking contribution per Bake Sale is 2 dozen treats, which equals two family service hour.
Please do not submit more than 2 dozen treats (two service hours). So that every baker has an
opportunity to earn service hours. If a baker signs up for more than one baking slot, one of those slots
may be deleted. Extra baked goods will not receive credit. You are allowed to Bake for two Bake Sales
per semester, this allows every baker to receive service hours.

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut
butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

4. Every item MUST be individually wrapped.

5. Please make sure your cookies/brownies/treats are at LEAST 3 inches in size.

6. Please attach a sale coupon to receive your credit. Coupons are attached to this signup and are
also available in the front office. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how
much. (i.e. 2 dozen Fruity Pebble Treats). TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 2 family service hour.
(No coupon attached = 0 service hours)

7. Homemade baked goods need to be delivered to the main office no later than 10:30AM on the DAY
OF the Bake Sale. (Yes, you can send them in with your son at drop off at 8 AM!)

8. Narine Stygar, narine.stygar@infinidtech.com and Pamela Johnson, pvillaranjohnson@gmail.com are
the committee co-chairs of the Bake Sale. Many talented bakers are eager to support the monthly Bake Sale, so please be aware that we will be managing the sign ups to maintain the guidelines and to involve as many volunteers as possible.

9. All hours must be logged by Friday 5pm, following the event. Committee Chairs approve hours for this
event.
