STAFFERS for February 2023 Bake Sale
CALLING ALL STAFFERS!*

WELCOME TO THE 2022-2023 LUNCHTIME BAKE SALE SIGNUP (February 2023)

*If you want to bake for this event rather than staff, please see the Signup entitled BAKERS for
February 2023 Bake Sale

Guidelines:

1. Maximum staffing contribution per semester is 2 Bake Sales. Please do not signup for more than 2
Bake Sales per semester, so that every staffer has an opportunity to earn service hours. If a staffer signs
up for more than 2 Bake Sales in a given semester, they will be deleted. Thank you for understanding.

2. Meet in the front office at St. Francis at 11:00AM on the morning of the Bake Sale.

3. Sign the office sign-in.

4. Help with set-up, sale, and clean up after the Bake Sale. This usually takes about an hour and a half.

5. Narine Stygar, narine.stygar@infinidtech.com and Pamela Johnson, pvillaranjohnson@gmail.com are
the committee co-chairs of the Bake Sale and will manage the sign ups. There are many SFHS parents
who want to support this event every month, so please be aware that we will be managing the sign ups
to keep a balance and involve everyone.

6. All hours must be logged by Friday at 5pm, following the event. Committee chairs approve hours for
you for this event.
