To Our Trusty St. Francis Bakers,

Happy New Year! We are in need of refreshments for our 2023 SFHS Open House on Saturday, January 7th! Please consider earning service hours by contributing to this great event! The tradition at St. Francis is to provide home baked cookies, breads and brownies at school events.

GUIDELINES: DUE TO COVID, ALL BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED, (for example: 1-3 cookies per bag or 1 large brownie/rice krispy/sliced bread per bag, etc.) TREATS MUST BE BAGGED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN.

***** 1 SIGN UP PER FAMILY ONLY****If you sign up for 2, your 2nd sign up will be rejected. *******

** Each 2 dozen baked goods = 2 service hour credit
**(Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)
** Each $20 spent (for water, lemonade, cups, napkins) = 1 service hour credit with receipt
** Please DO NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips, etc.

*All donations should be dropped at the main office/workroom on Friday, 1/6, OR by 9:30 am on Saturday, 1/7 (the day of the event)

Please print and label your donation with the ATTACHED FORM.
*INCLUDE Receipt for items purchased (gallons of water & lemonade, cups, napkins & flowers only)
*Please send baked goods in a DISPOSABLE container/bag . We cannot leave anything in the workroom for you to pick up, any trays, bins or plates left will be disposed.
