Annual Christmas Tree Sale Parent Sign-up

Baked good items that are donated - 2 dozen = 1 volunteer hour.
Any purchased food items - $20 = 1 volunteer hour (on day of event, you must provide receipt with complete volunteer slip and submit to the Sign-in table.)
Pick up 1 pre-ordered Cambro (5 gallon) of coffee, Cambro(5 gallon) Hot Cocoa & supplies from Starbucks and deliver to school by 6:30 am. Kevin will be contacting you for location address
and pick up $20 worth Purchase of doughnut holes and deliver to refreshment area by 6:30. Submit receipt to krand917@sbcglobal.net
mini breakfast items (ex- scones, muffins ect NO NUTS, NOTHING THAT REQUIRES UTENSILS)
purchase 8 cases of water delivered to Refreshment table by 6:30am
cut and tie garland into 10 ft lengths. BRING OWN GLOVES & PRUNING SHEARS
Make sure parents and students sign in and out. Direct them to their volunteer spot

will help distribute and load wreaths, poinsettias, ornaments and /or garlands to cars
MUST be able to tie a slip/other secure knot. You will team up with 2 students, carry tree to trimming station, then load to customer's vehicle.

MUST know HOW TO USE CHAIN SAW. Bring own gloves if needed. Chain saw provided. You will be trimming off tree trunk and lower branches.
