BAKERS NEEDED FOR OUR FRIAR'S CIRCLE EVENT ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7TH

Please drop off your baked goods at the reception desk on Wednesday 12/7 in the morning from 7:30am-9:00am.

Guidelines:
DUE TO COVID, ALL BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE WRAP NEATLY IN CLEAR CELLOPHANE OR IN A SELF SEALING CLEAR CELLOPHANE BAG (NO COLORS) AND NO ZIPLOC BAGS.

1. Baked goods must be 4 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 2 family service hours. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Attached, please find the "Friar's Circle Baked Goods Coupon." THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED TO YOUR BAKED GOODS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOURS CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. Don’t forget to submit your hours on Track It Forward under the organization: "Development - Misc. Events" after you have dropped off your baked goods or you will not receive credit.

3. Homemade baked goods should be delivered to the SFHS front reception desk on Wednesday, 12/7 in the morning from 7:30am-9:00am.

AGAIN - PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ATTACH YOUR FULLY FILLED OUT COUPON TO YOUR BAKED GOODS AND LOG ON TO TRACK IT FORWARD TO SUBMIT YOUR HOURS UNDER THE ORGANIZATION: DEVELOPMENT - MISC EVENTS, OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT. THANK YOU!!
