BAKERS NEEDED FOR THE FALL MUSICAL PRODUCTION OF "A BRAVE NEW WORLD: 20 YEARS AT THE DEGHERI."

Please drop off your baked goods at the Concession table located in the SF Portico in the main courtyard on Saturday, 11/19 anytime from 5:00pm-6:00pm. If it's impossible for you to drop off on Saturday, you can drop off the day before (Friday morning the 18th) at the front reception desk between 7:30am-9am.
***VERY IMPORTANT that your donation form says your donation is for Saturday, 11/19 if you are delivering on Friday morning.***

*If you want to staff this event rather than bake, please see the Signup entitled "CONCESSION WORKERS for theater performance."

Guidelines:
DUE TO COVID, ALL BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE WRAP NEATLY IN CLEAR CELLOPHANE OR IN A SELF SEALING CLEAR CELLOPHANE BAG (NO COLORS) AND NO ZIPLOC BAGS.

1. Baked goods must be 4 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 2 family service hours. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

3. Attached, please find the "Theater Concessions Baked Goods Coupon." THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED TO YOUR BAKED GOODS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOURS CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. Don’t forget to submit your hours on Track It Forward under the organization: "Theater" after you have dropped off your baked goods or you will not receive credit.

4. Homemade baked goods should be delivered to the Concessions table located in the SF Portico in the main courtyard on preferably on Saturday, 11/19 anytime from 5:00pm-6:00pm or at the front reception desk on Friday, 11/18 from 7:30am-9am.
