BOTTLED SPRING WATER 16.9 oz NEEDED FOR THE SPRING MUSICAL PRODUCTION OF "SOMETHING ROTTEN." FOUR 24-PACK 16.9 OZ.PER DONATION. (EVERY $20 DONATION SPENT = 1 SERVICE HOUR.)
****YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT(S) AND COMPLETED DONATION FORM (YOUR NAME / STUDENT NAME & GRADE) TO RECEIVE FAMILY SERVICE HOURS.*****

Please drop off your four 24-pack of bottled spring water at the reception desk on Tuesday, 3/21 at end of the school day between the hours of 1:30pm-2:30pm.

Attached, please find the "Theater Concessions Coupon." THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED ALONG WITH THE RECEIPT TO YOUR BOTTLED SPRING WATER DONATION IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOUR CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name and quantity of water and the receipt. Don’t forget to submit your hours on Track It Forward under the organization: "Theater" after you have dropped off your bottled spring water or you will not receive credit.

1 service hour for every $20 spent.
Receipt must be attached to your donation to receive your service hour credit.
