PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!
When inputting hours in Track It Forward please WRITE IN COMMENTS WHERE YOU WORKED. Thank you, this will help me tremendously.

DO NOT sign up for more than one volunteer shift. If you do, your hours will NOT be counted. This is the only way we can make it fair for all families.

There are tons of volunteer opportunities for Concessions, Security, 50/50 Raffle, Program Sales and Ticket sales.
-Each parent may only sign up for ONE shift for the event. Additional sign ups under the same name will be deleted.
- If one parent does the sign-in on Track It Forward, PLEASE put other parents name in comments if they worked and where.
-Make sure to input your hours after event on Track it Forward, this is the ONLY way the school will officially have your hours.
-PLEASE if you know you can not make it (even last min), please cancel your shift. Someone will take it.
All end times are approximate depending on when the varsity game ends.

MORNING SET UP CONCESSIONS ONLY please check in at the Front Office and sign in/out on paper sheet in upper concessions.

NEW WAY OF SIGNING IN- please read carefully.
You sign in and out with the Lead AT the location of your volunteer spot.
-For Concession - go to the upper concession and meet Ron Smith or one of his coordinators for your assignments.
Bring only minimal personal belongings as there is very limited storage room
Setup and cleanup require moderate/heavy physical work (e.g., bending, lifting) and volunteers may/will get dirty.
-For HOME Ticket Sales- report to Aimee Gutierez or Carol Duran at the UPPER TICKET SALES tables (by the Front Office).
-For Program Sales- report to Amy Mkrtchian at the UPPER TICKET SALES tables (by the Front Office).
-For VISITOR Ticket Sales- 4:30 shift meet at Home gate and report to Aimee Gutierez.
6:30 shift meet in the lower (Visitor) ticket booth.
-For 50/50 Raffle - meet Ed Boyer at the top of the home bleachers on the 50 yard line
-For Security- meet David Jonke in Room 404. He will give you your yellow jacket and direct you to the appropriate assignment.
-if you take the 4:30 shift. do not leave until your replacement comes.
DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN IN AND OUT WITH THE LEAD

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST sign in and sign out on the paper sheets to receive your volunteer hours AND MUST input your hours on Track it Forward after the event, for approval. Please write in the comments what time you volunteered and where you volunteered.
