BAKERS NEEDED FOR THE FALL THEATER PRODUCTION OF "A CHRISTMAS CAROL."

Sunday, November 21, 2021 - 2pm performance, baked goods drop off between 11:30am & 1:00pm. NO LATER THAN 1PM!! THANK YOU!

*If you want to staff this event rather than bake, please see the Signup entitled "CONCESSION WORKERS for theater performance."

Guidelines:
DUE TO COVID, ALL BAKED GOODS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO SERVICE HOURS WILL BE GIVEN.

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

3. Attached, please find the "Theater Concessions Baked Goods Coupon." THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED TO YOUR BAKED GOODS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOUR CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. Don’t forget to submit your hours on Track It Forward after you have dropped off your baked goods or you will not receive credit.

4. Homemade baked goods should be delivered to the theater concession stand (in the Friar's Portico just off the courtyard) between 11:30am and NO LATER THAN 1:00pm.

AGAIN - PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ATTACH YOUR FULLY FILLED OUT COUPON TO YOUR BAKED GOODS AND LOG ON TO TRACK IT FORWARD TO SUBMIT YOUR HOURS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT. THANK YOU!!
