St. Francis High School

To our trusty bakers,
Happy Holidays and blessings for a wonderful Christmas and New Year! We are in need of refreshments for our 2020 SFHS Open House on Saturday, January 11th! Please consider earning service hours by contributing to this great event! The tradition at St. Francis is to provide home baked cookies, breads and brownies at school events.

** Each 2 dozen baked goods = 1 service hour credit (maximum 8 dozen per family-4 credit hours)
** Each $20 spent (for water, lemonade, cups, napkins) = 1 service hour credit with receipt

Please what we are in need of below.

* 150 dozen home baked cookies, brownies, breads (we love a variety! not just chocolate chip)
* 30 gallons of water
* 20 gallons of lemonade
* 1000 clear plastic cups (8oz only)
* 1000 beverage napkins (white only)
All donations should be dropped off at the main office/workroom on Friday 1/10, OR by 10am on Saturday (the day of the event)

Please label your donation with the following information:
* Your first and last name, AND your son’s name & grade
* Receipt for items purchased (gallons of water & lemonade, cups & napkins only - please no purchased cookies or brownies)
*please send baked goods in a disposable container, OR label the container with your name and we will leave it for you in the workroom.
