State of the School/MiniPOSH Donation Collections

Volunteers are needed to set up, break down and collect parent donations and raffle tickets prior to and after the mandatory State of the School event on January 16, 2020.
Please do not log your own hours for this event - there will be a sign in sheet in the Gym Foyer.
Collections will be before and after the meeting, so you will be able to attend the meeting. If you are volunteering DURING the meeting, you will receive time for your shift (which includes the meeting), but you will not receive the hour given to each family for attending in addition to your shift - you can either recieve your volunteer hours or the meeting hour, NOT BOTH.
Please wear your brown and gold! Jeans or comfy pants and shoes are ok. Also, we will be in the foyer of the gym with the doors open, so consider a jacket or sweater.
