BAKERS NEEDED FOR THE FALL THEATER PRODUCTION OF "AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE"!*

Thursday, November 14 2019 - 7pm performance, baked goods drop off between 4:30pm & 6:00pm.

*If you want to staff this event rather than bake, please see the Signup entitled "CONCESSION WORKERS for theater performance."

Guidelines:

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! They do not need to be individually wrapped. TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours) Maximum baking contribution per month is 2 dozen treats, which equals one family service hour.

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

3. Attached, please find a "theater concessions baked goods coupon". THIS COUPON MUST BE PRINTED, FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED TO YOUR BAKED GOODS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE HOUR CREDIT. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much.

4. Homemade baked goods should be delivered to the theater concession stand (in the Friar's Portico just off the courtyard) between 4:30pm and and 6:00PM on ON THE DAY YOU'VE SIGNED UP FOR. They can also be dropped off in front office during school drop off or pick up. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ATTACH YOUR FULLY FILLED OUT COUPON SO THAT YOUR SERVICE HOURS CAN BE LOGGED.

7. Chris McGarry, mcgarry.chris@gmail.com and Val Vandeyacht, valvdy@gmail.com, are the Parent Theater Liaisons and will be managing the sign ups and logging approved hours into Track It Forward to maintain the guidelines in order to involve as many volunteers as possible.
