Help set up Founders' Hall for a private tailgate party. Please be aware, the set up includes moving tables and chairs, so if you have physical limitations, please do not sign up for this event.

Set Up (attire: comfortable clothes and shoes) = setting Founders' Hall for event, including moving furniture and placing tables and chairs, ironing tablecloths, setting tables, preparing drink/dessert stations and centerpieces

Event Hosts (attire: please wear brown/gold shirt/tshirt and comfortable pants and shoes - jeans and sneakers are ok) = Plate food for buffet, assist guests with any needs regarding food or beverages, replenish dinner/dessert/drink tables, keep room clean (bus tables, pick up trash), wash any serving dishes/utensils, place chairs on rack at end of night, move centerpieces and left over beverages to Development Office

After checking in at the front office (Set Up ONLY), please meet in Founders' Hall. For those working as Event Hosts, proceed to Founders' Hall through the courtyard/breezeway. For this event, please remember to LOG YOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIFT. Your activity for logging your hours will be "Development - Misc Events".
